What subscription plans do you offer and what are the prices?
We provide four tiered subscription packages for design services: Monthly Plan ($19.9/month), Semi-Annual Plan ($109/6 months), Annual Plan ($190/year), and Lifetime Plan ($500 one-time payment). Each plan unlocks different levels of PS design, ICON design, software image design, revision limits, material library access and customer support privileges.
What design services are included in the basic monthly plan?
The monthly plan covers basic PS image editing and retouching, standard simple ICON design (3 icons maximum per month), basic software image optimization, 1 free revision per work, 24-hour email support and access to our basic design material library.
Can I upgrade my current subscription plan to a higher tier?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. After upgrading, you will immediately obtain all functional privileges of the higher-level package, including upgraded revision quotas, premium material library access and faster customer support response. The new subscription term will take effect based on your new purchase.
Does the lifetime plan include permanent updates of design resources?
Absolutely. The $500 lifetime plan grants permanent, unlimited access to all existing and future updated design materials, templates and official service upgrades. It also includes one-on-one exclusive design consultation and priority urgent order processing for lifelong use.
Are there any usage limits for annual plan design services?
The annual plan unlocks unlimited PS advanced graphic design and monthly unlimited custom high-quality ICON design, with 5 free revisions per work, 6-hour VIP support, full premium resource library access, and one free complex design project per quarter. There are no basic usage quantity restrictions for core design services.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What payment methods are supported for subscription purchases?
We support mainstream global online payment channels for all subscription packages. All transactions are securely processed to ensure payment safety. If you encounter payment failures or channel errors, please contact our official email for manual assistance.
Is the subscription fee recurring automatically?
Monthly, semi-annual and annual plans are auto-recurring subscriptions by default and will be renewed at the end of each billing cycle. The lifetime plan is a one-time final payment with no recurring fees or subsequent hidden charges.
Can I get a refund after purchasing a subscription plan?
All subscription fees are non-refundable once the service is activated and functional privileges are unlocked. Partial refund is only applicable for unstarted projects within 48 hours of payment. For detailed refund rules, please refer to our official Refund Policy.
Will I be charged extra fees for plan upgrades?
When upgrading your subscription, you only need to pay the price difference of the target package without additional service fees or hidden handling charges. All unused privileges of the original plan will be automatically replaced and upgraded to the new tier benefits.
What should I do if my payment is successful but I cannot access subscription features?
Please save your official payment voucher and contact our support email (xiewenyishangmao@outlook.com) with your payment time and subscribed plan information. We will verify your order within 3–7 working hours and manually activate your subscription privileges.
